Randell Heyman PhD is an academic at UNSW and does significant not-for-profit outreach. He is starting a free online mathematics workshop series. Might work really well for teachers who have talented, curious students and there is no gift and talented type program. A PDF with details is below.

Online Mathematics Workshop

No university level or upper high school level mathematics required! Suitable for all ages, all mathematical abilities! A chance to explore various ideas in mathematics and have fun with numbers and shapes. Have paper, pen/pencil and a calculator/computer ready.

Free of charge. Between 45 minutes and 1 hour in duration. Monday 16 February 2026 7:30 pm (Sydney time).
